New machine

The knowledge of customer and supply chain criteria and priorities, as well as the application knowledge we have, allow IGP to continue transforming this knowledge into new solution proposals through technology. This internal process, which we call Electronicity, allows us to accompany our customers and anticipate their future improvement opportunities through the use of technology.

Requirements and
conceptualization

With the dimensions and characteristics of the machine, as well as the alignment of the requirements, the first simulations and preliminary design are carried out.

We check the compliance of the lightning and operational requirements of the OEM and works the first business cases, that allows evaluate the most apropiate system in any case: LV lighting, LX remote lighting or SAFE-OM safety system.

Alternatives
analysis

Once the system is determined, the sensitivity of the parameters and requirements in the business case is analyzed and the interfaces with other elements are identified (mechanical with tray, supports, tube, fiber, etc…; electrical with wiring, cabinets, etc…; communications with the control system). The supply chain is also conceptualized.

The output of this phase is the modification of requirements or calculation parameters to enable detailed design work.

design

In this phase the complete business case of the system and other associated elements is optimized. Specific locations are also defined, final simulations are carried out, validation is completed and integration with other elements is checked, especially within the control system in the case of SAFE-OM systems.
